I don't know how you found me. It doesn't matter.
If you opened this, there's a reason. And it's probably this one: you did what you were supposed to. You studied. You worked. You built something. Maybe you started a family. Life, seen from the outside, works.
And still, there's an hour of the day when a question shows up. It isn't anxiety. It isn't depression. It isn't ingratitude either. It's the sense that you did everything they asked of you, and no one told you what came next.
If that sentence stopped you for a second, you are not alone. And above all, you are not broken.

Who will be writing to you
I've spent twenty-seven years sitting with this question, first in my own life and then in the lives of thousands of others.
